★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 108/08/20 因為新工作來辦理開戶。警衛很友善的協助抽號碼牌，然後就進入等……，警衛告訴我在6號櫃臺，整個銀行就剛好6號櫃臺前站了2個年輕人，辦理的業務似乎也挺耗時，所以我就繼續等……，其他收付櫃臺陸續有人，就6號櫃臺不再有人，但我還是等……，常常聽說來銀行就是無止盡的等待，我感受到了，我不知道還需要等多久………進入第52分鐘，終於輪到我了。
6號櫃臺的姐姐很nice。
 108/08/20 Because of the new job, I open an account. The guards kindly assisted in picking up the number plate, then entered and waited... The guard told me that at the counter No. 6, the entire bank had just stood two young people in front of the counter No. 6, and the business seemed to be quite time consuming, so I I will continue to wait... There are people in the other collection counters, there are no more people on the counter No. 6, but I still wait... I often hear that the bank is waiting for nothing. I feel it, I don’t know, I still need to wait. How long......... Entering the 52nd minute, it is finally my turn.
The sister at the counter 6 is very nice.

真的傻眼 去過那麼多間銀行 就你這間服務態度有夠差！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此間銀行的某女服務人員態度真的讓我不敢置信，來電詢問開戶相關事宜結果說要轉接之後就直接掛斷我的電話，並且講話語氣很不耐煩很像在趕我 不推薦來這邊辦，或許也不缺業績吧！ ㄏㄏ
