用過最爛的銀行,辦開戶流程東西也不一次講,要設密碼改密碼也沒說要先去ATM改,後面去問的時候態度還很差,是在差幾點的?

四號櫃檯的人員態度口吻可以好一點嗎;詢問的口氣都是在質疑人,因為換手機,網銀密碼忘了,在家操作了幾次解不開,才會來詢問,妳的態度從頭到尾都不佳:「你是不是不會操作」,「你操作是有什麼問題」 讓人聽起來很不舒服。 重點是妳比就比,妳的筆在我手機螢幕上敲什麼敲,還不是敲一下,我是去解鎖不是去被討錢的⋯⋯ 保全大哥的態度還比妳好??? (這兩顆星是給保全)
