★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日前欲至貴行辦理金融業務，我用牽繩帶一隻6公斤中小型家犬，大樓沒貼狗狗不能進入的貼紙，保全也沒說不可以帶狗，我進入大樓時還改用抱的，結果被貴行一女職員阻擋說不可帶狗進入，不能帶也就算了，臉非常臭還皺眉一副嫌惡我們會帶病毒的樣子，我隨即調頭就走，竹北分行就完全不同，非常客氣。同樣都是兆豐銀行，進入規定、服務態度竟有如此差異，希望這麼大規模的公營銀行在相關規定及人員訓練上能貫徹一致，在追求業績之外也能重視服務品質
