★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2號櫃台的短髮劉海行員態度超差，開個戶頭問題一堆我可以理解，但是替我辦理的過程就像是不情願一樣，這次匯個國外支票她也一些問題我能體諒，但是提到匯款規定時，傲慢地說你要等上45天這我也可以接受，要我去別家匯等等這種話就讓人頗上火的，是沒有人教你怎麼處理業務嗎?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 轉帳時要求列備註 行員說打看看不知道可以打幾個字（感覺不是很熟自家系統？）結果出來少一個字 請她作廢重打 過程我也說了不好意思 但似乎錢已過去不能作廢重打 所以跟我拿我的單子看 最終結果因為是同行轉帳所以不需要列備註 結果她把單子用丟的還給我…..感受不是很好….
