今天服務的男性櫃檯人員是目前感覺最輕浮的,我在拿錢時可能不到5秒的這段時間太無聊,雙手一直互拋戳章,拿到我給的零錢也在那邊拋,更不用說拿東西時會雙手奉上,可能去過太多家銀行辦事過,這樣的態度覺得有點不及格,但女性服務人員目前就沒這樣的問題

後悔沒先看評論,以前在中國信託開戶等一個小時本來想說已經很久了,在兆豐銀行大里分行開戶才知道什麼叫作久,早上9:30抽號碼牌,警衛說前面有一個人剛辦開戶,還有一人在等候,所以估計等這兩位應該至少一小時,我覺得合理便留下來等候,沒想到第一個開了兩個小時才好,真的是太誇張了…不知道是因為快中午的緣故,第二位開了大概25分就開好。輪到我的時候,我已告知是薪轉戶需求,行員卻說為何不去公司附近的分行辦理,我告知說到職後需提供戶頭所以需要先開,行員又問我現在住哪為何一定要來大里開,我跟行員說因為離自家戶籍地近,所以選擇這邊,沒想到行員又一直跳針問說那現在是住在戶籍地嗎?覺得莫名其妙,以為每個人都喜歡到處開戶嗎?都已經告知是薪轉戶用途了,管人家住哪,既然會選擇在這邊開戶,本來就已經會考慮到後續業務往來的問題了…最後還提到說金融信用卡要之後第一次薪轉成功後才能來分行拿,開戶這麼多家分行從來沒有遇到金融卡要再來分行拿的… 總之,在這邊開戶感受很不好,建議要來這邊開戶的可以選中午的時間來 開戶從等待到完成花了超過三小時的時間,真的大開眼界,行員效率一級棒!
