★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕的體驗 不管是之前開戶 還是一年後有國外匯款入帳 拿ARC來提款 整個過程感覺Teller對業務非常不專業 一直在跟隔壁同事交頭接耳
對需要填寫的表格也完全不給予充分的解釋
對外國人的態度非常不友好 整個過程慢到有點懷疑人生
絕對是有史以來遇到過態度最差的銀行
 Very bad experience, whether it’s opening an account before or a year later with foreign remittances in the account, using ARC to withdraw funds, the whole process feels that Teller is very unprofessional in the business and has been whispering to colleagues next door
There is no adequate explanation for the forms that need to be filled out
The attitude towards foreigners is very unfriendly
Definitely the bank with the worst attitude ever encountered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE! SLOW!! RUDE!!! I heard they treat non Taiwanese without respect and slow and ungracious service. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your banking if you are not Taiwanese. Teller was rude and manager was also rude and useless. Took far to long to get simple transactions done. STAY AWAY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worse branch I've been to of my 10 years of living here in Taiwan. Racist , very rude a d disrespectful. The tellers do not know that foreigners have variations of VISAs other then an ARC. I alMost got refused service because the teller was not kNowledgeable about transaction. When I asked for a manager, the teller argued with his manager. It was a horrible experience. I suggest make a complaint and see if a difference will be made

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreigner this is by far the best bank in Taiwan. I had gone to 3 other banks and basically pushed away due to being a foreigner. Everyone at mega is very helpful many english speakers and even if someone does not speak English they are so fast to try to help anyways.
