★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價格還可以！採用牛腱心，湯頭有老家附近牛肉麵的味道，加了辣椒下去有滿漢大餐的香氣，整體是好吃的！每次都想要週五來吃但都忘了它公休！這次週二終於吃到了！
 The price is ok! Using beef shank heart, the soup has the taste of beef noodles near my hometown, and the aroma of a Manchu meal with the addition of chili, the whole is delicious! Every time I want to eat on Friday but I forgot that it is closed! Finally had it on Tuesday this time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒牛肉麵好吃，肉片很大塊。小菜點的是牛雜，也不錯，但份量有點少，小可惜。大家都點牛肉麵，但今天天氣太熱，喝熱湯實在太熱，下次再試試看～
二訪：這次有點牛肉麵，還不錯。湯頭表現很濃厚，牛肉也好吃，但大約就4塊+1小塊肉，大小不一，美中不足的就是肉的份量。

牛腱可能是澳洲牛（？）牛味比較重也比較柴，不太習慣。
小菜量太少了有點貴⋯⋯
店內感覺老闆服務好。

The beef tendon may be Australian beef (?) The beef taste is heavier and more woody, and I am not used to it.
