難吃的要命真的
一開始進到店家，別有雅緻的裝潢，讓人期待萬分，為了吃一碗麵等了30分鐘，我想這就是店家給的驚喜吧。等了三十分鐘入座後，小淘氣店家不會先幫你點餐，會讓你等一下釣一下你的小胃口，讓你等等有更好的用餐體驗，我想這就是店家的小心思吧。
等了三十分鐘後⋯一碗湯麵上桌，喝了第一口湯，驚為天人！什麼，這就是傳說中的豚骨配合雞骨及三種味噌點綴下的高湯嗎，那如水般甘甜的滋味，真的就像水一樣無味。啊！應該是店家是照顧到每一位顧客的健康，給了你油膩濃厚的豚骨湯的外表，內在是希望你多喝水啦～我想這就是店家的貼心吧。
接下來一口麵，又不得不佩服店家煮麵技藝之精湛，將麵體、溫控、時間等要素控制到最精準的那一刻，在麵爛到不能吃的前一秒撈出並端到你的碗裡。就算妳說要硬一點的麵，他還是會煮成這樣給你，因為貼心的店家怕麵煮太生你會拉肚子，我想這就是店家的堅持吧。
接著來一口有料有湯又有麵的一口～也不能說這些東西味道上沒有融合在一起，只能說他們完全八竿子打不著，不是一個媽生的，全部不同味道，你的嘴巴可以開分手擂台了，我想這就是店家的逗趣吧

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Ramen. Quick, good price, decent portion size. Garlic for free use, very spicy, matching perfectly to the soup.
Miso ramen are my favorite.
And nice kimchi, too.
Bit surprising was to me that if you order 'extra egg' (which is also pricewise perfectly OK, for like 10 NT$), you actually get extra ... half egg. All right, well, if you want full extra egg, ask for two-times extra egg :-).
Easy, fast, open late, recommendable Ramen shop indeed. Come back.
