Fast seating. Slow food service. Good ramen. I may have caught them on a slow cooking day. The place is clean and orderly. The menu is straightforward and they have a good set of selections with different meat, egg, and broth combinations. Value is OK. Seems a little pricey when compared to other noodle options. Overall solid choice. Worth a look!

Clean and tasty broth (魚介 by fish-based broth, and scallops) Noodles has a quite chunky portions, I love it! And the egg is marinated with sake I guess.

A thumbs-up to this “fish noodles” and fried chicken nuggets but the 2nd floor is full of the smell from toilet... kinda affect the taste and the mood tho... with that being said, I like the stock. The flavor is heavy and thick. My guess is this stick contain rich collagen.

Tsukemen is good, not too heavy on broth. Thanks to the current Covid outbreaks, there’s no queue so enjoy it while you can.

Enjoyed their broth and noodle. The saltiness is just right for Japanese-type ramen. And the meat are well-done to tenderness. With addition of the given scallop sauce, you can try two different taste.

Like their broth and noodle very much. But I would prefer a little stronger taste for the chashu pork and chicken.

If you like thick kind of ramen, this is the place to go. Their best seller was the special thick fish tsukemen noodles. Their ramen is cooked to al dente. There isn’t a fishy smell or taste. You probably won’t even realised soup based was not made of pork. Taste was really rich and robust. There were two types of onsen eggs to choose from: original or cooked with sake. I have opted for sake. Personally, didn’t like it as sake taste was really way too strong. The restaurant has 2 levels but level 2 was not open when I was there. Thus, the long queue even at odd hours. I wouldn’t purposely go there if I am craving for ramen still preferred Tonkatsu ramen. But I would say they fair very well in the fish broth based world. I wouldn’t mind queuing if I am nearby.

Their beef dish not sell anymore, I haven't had a chance to try. Heard that it's one of the famous dish here. The shop is nice and clean with active staff. Their ramen noodle is really goooooood. The soup is umami. I'm not a big fan of sous vide chicken but I still think they did really good job. I'm more into chashu pork. But here taste very porky and too soft. I think it should have some pork body for chewing. I also love the karake! but a bit sad they don't have Kewpie mayonnaise to serve with. Nothing special for rice with pork. The rice is well cooked but the while dish didn't wow me.
