 There is a parking lot in the basement, the store is on the 3rd floor, sports and camping related supplies are complete, and the service staff are very kind to explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online, they are selling old, out-of-production items that got superseded by new versions without informing buyers. Product description is actually (intentionally?) misleading. Once the customer finds out and complains the answer of customer service is "well, you bought an old item. Should have bought the newer one". Yeah, sure. Extremely bad attitude!
