梅乾肉鹹度剛好 很入味好吃 儘管有肥肉 但是處理的不錯 還是很好吃 配菜屬於比較清淡的口味 滷味也是 但是很清爽 雖然價位跟一般便當比較高 但是飯菜包裝分開感覺很棒

同事介紹的,嘗鮮看看,餐點還算不錯但有點小貴配菜算普通,不過這麼紫菜湯不知道加了什麼,小孩喝了大哭,超辣的我自己也嗆到了,可能是不小心加了辣椒之類的,有興趣可以買來吃看看!

?慶幸沒有到這家店用餐 這個160元的「魚」便當讓我上了一課,不要以為拿跟黃魚同樣是石首科的魚乾煎過頭我就會認為是黃魚,這條魚是用乾煎的方法烹飪,但有點煎過頭 ,本以為中間焦香,側邊酥脆口感,因為跟飯一起悶在便當盒裡,飯的蒸汽導致整體濕軟,不知是否期望太高害我有點失望。 配菜如下: 1.花生小魚乾:跟菜盒的湯汁泡在一起,導致小魚乾潮濕不脆口,花生也游泳了,同樣不酥脆,需要改進。 2.炒白菜:本以為這個價位應該要是白菜滷,白菜只跟切很細的香菇丁一起炒,慶幸的是有使用台灣白菜。 3.豆腸:滷汁沒入味,有點油耗味,怕怕。 4.青江菜:除了炒的比較軟爛,大致上沒什麼問題 5.滷蛋:滷汁沒有進入蛋心,比泡蛋好一點而已。 6.玉米筍:唯一算是成功的項目,有掌握玉米筍精髓,煮透、煮軟了就好吃了。 #既簡單又樸實無華的審核
