店面稍小,位置不多 規則都寫的很清楚,看清楚就好,不要為難店家,也不會被店家為難! 如果人多的時候需要現在外面登記,等候店員出來帶位。 翻桌率滿高的,不會等太久。 粗麵有口感,很有嚼勁!喜歡? 黑醬油雞湯拉麵有一點點油,不過整體味道很讚! 肉很鮮甜鮮嫩!好吃 配上一點水蓮,很特別~也很搭! 唐揚炸雞塊也好吃,肉很大塊多汁,不是小小柴柴的那種。不會愧對這個價錢!很喜歡 基本上就這樣,店員態度親切❤️

這次點的兩款,其中「白醬油雞清湯」口味偏淡麗系,白醬油的雞清湯較為細膩,除了雞本身淡淡的清甜還有昆布熬煮出來的鮮味,配菜為筍乾與水蓮,肉配置為雞胸叉燒,吃起來十分清爽沒負擔;而另一碗則是「黃金雞白湯」湯頭明顯濃郁許多,雞熬出來的膠原蛋白讓嘴唇變得有點黏黏的,配置一樣有清脆的水蓮,肉除了三片雞叉燒,還有一塊雞腿叉燒肉,一碗裡有兩種不同的肉咀嚼享受。 另外加點的「小雞飯」上面鋪滿了炙燒過的塊狀雞叉燒,肉給的挺大方,不過個人覺得整體瘦肉為主吃到後面咀嚼得頗辛苦的,肥瘦比如果稍微調整這碗口味真的很棒。 最後用甜點「含笑扮布丁」收尾真的超級完美,焦糖就像小時候阿嬤手工炒糖會有的那種苦甘苦甘感,真的讚!布丁應該減糖版本,不會太甜,個人很喜歡,一定會為了布丁回訪?

Not expecting there would be such great Chicken soup reman in this area (unlike in Taipei). I finished the whole bowl without any soup left ?. I would recommend to have thin noodle with their white soup base (I picked thick noodles but I am sure thin would better choice for their soup).

Would actually detour just to eat here in the future. For me 清雞湯 >= 招牌 > 蒜味. Hubby fav is 蒜味. 黑醬油 I didn’t like much. The meat seems to be different for each dish.
