★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴機關1號窗口承辦人林x諭小姐（不知可否打全名，所以就不打），超親切，幫民眾解決核心問題，真的非常感謝，很幸運能遇到這麼棒的公務員。非常感恩。2021年12月21日下午15：18分服務的。對貴機關（竹南地政事務所）印象也很好，防疫都做得很到位，身為民眾很放心。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒看過效率這麼差的公家機關，櫃檯位子很多，但服務人員沒有幾個，後面職員很多，很多在聊天滑手機，為何沒人力能支援，為何申請謄本要等一小時，無言⋯⋯真的是效率最差的公家機關
I have never seen a public institution with such poor efficiency. There are many counter seats, but there are not many service staff. There are many staff behind, and many are chatting and swiping their mobile phones. Why is there no manpower to support? The least efficient public institution
