今天到現場不知道預約才能現場調胎,現場客服女生態度很好說要預約才能調胎,但旁邊不知道是技師還是老闆卻用責難不爽的語氣說沒有預約不能調,說官網都有說之類的,ok如果用告知的口氣,我是覺得沒問題,我就預約下次,但聽到這種語氣態度,抱歉輪胎就直接開到壽命減半,我也不會去調胎了,心情整個都變差了

看了一下評論很多人跟我遇到的都一樣,換輪胎有錢賺快的跟什麼一樣,調輪要預約?我換那麼多次輪胎調那麼多次第一次聽到調輪要預約,如果裡面車滿很忙我能體諒,我今天去裡面只有一台車叫我要等一小時,我開去那都要半小時原,調個輪10分的事情原來還需要預約的啊!我不會再去這間消費了,售後服務有夠差,我去認識的保養廠請他幫我調,廠內有車再忙他也馬上幫我調,給他工錢賺我也爽,重點沒跟我收錢,米其林又如何?不是只有你家賣輪胎,給別人賺貴點就是不給你這間準豐賺
