★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請問客服打了五通，每通都等了快五分鐘沒有人接是正常的嗎？也切換不同的客服門號撥打，依然沒有通，如果沒有想要接電話,何必設立客服電話？
不要說再忙線中，因為電話是一直響沒人接，不是打不進去。
May I ask the customer service to make five calls. Is it normal for no one to answer after waiting for almost five minutes for each call? I switched to different customer service door numbers and dialed, but there is still no connection. If I don’t want to answer the call, why bother to set up a customer service phone?
Don't say that the line is busy again, because the phone keeps ringing and no one answers, it's not that you can't make calls.
