★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have their own farm so milk was delicious and don't dye their tapioca balls with molasses so no additional added sugar until you tell them your sugar and ice levels. So delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As much as I loved my drink, the service was so poor that it ruined the experience. When I tried ordering a drink, the employee looked at me as if I was stupid because I forgot how to pronounce the last word of the drink name in Chinese (and I said the beginning just fine), when everyone else around me was giving shortened names of the drinks. I had to repeat myself twice and even apologized saying I couldn't read the last word, until she gave me an annoyed look and still did not understand me. I ended up giving up and gesturing to her which one on the menu.
I will avoid this branch from now on because the drink was quite good.
