找錢的時候用摔的很大聲，做飲料時有感覺到杯子故意放很大聲。

再次清點還是少兩杯
外送人員才一副恍然大悟的樣子去機車座墊下車廂拿出兩杯飲料
若無清點就被幹走了
再次強調，並非產品問題
員工道德有問題

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我現在很理智，說的都是事實，2022年6月8號上午11.30左右的櫃檯女店員到底想怎麼樣？我就說要手感芋圓鮮奶兩杯「微糖」我還強調了兩次，妳在那邊跟我講「那我就不加糖就好」，莫名其妙欸，我就要微糖妳不加糖是什麼意思？？如果是飲料本身不能更改甜度那妳應該跟我講不是用什麼「那我就不加糖」這種不負責任的話來誤導客人，我說我要「微糖」顧名思義就是要加糖不過不要加太多，妳做完的飲料我真的不知道我在喝什麼，妳以為自己這樣幫客人擅自決定很貼心嗎？還是妳覺得我點微糖就是討厭糖乾脆就不要幫我加？這家店有人可以幫我處理一下嗎？我花了140多元不是為了買兩杯空虛，不加糖喝起來就像是我在家自己隨便把牛奶倒下去就有的味道，這真的是有對消費者負責嗎
