不想繼續等了要退錢
外送員身上還沒有現金

負責櫃台的服務員真的很不熟悉作業流程，一杯茶泡好放在櫃台已經有3分鐘之久，而且我人還在旁邊等，居然沒有叫號，還是後台的人提醒她要先拿給客人，要不然我還不知道要等多久
這家店的SOP有問題……
不會再去買了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前用迷點線上外送常常延遲，今天點了熊貓外送一樣延遲，真的不知道為什麼有辦法這樣，七點多去純茶類也只剩兩三種，感覺很差，上次去現場也看到店員接電話接到不耐煩，不知道是不是老闆對員工太過苛刻，不然上班怎麼那麼不開心～
