非常糟糕的消費經驗 長話短說,假如嘗試著要電話訂餐所以現在正在查這家店電話的各位,最好作好買2杯飲料但卻要等40分鐘的心理準備喔! 建議大家可以去喝其他家飲料店,像是隔壁的50嵐或是coco 甚至往上走一點的可不可、大苑子、烏弄、青原還有新開的茶聚也都是不錯的選擇! 假如一定要喝迷客夏的話,建議買其他家分店的,沒有必要花40分鐘在這家店買 (最近的迷客夏南崁也有,來回的車程還不需要花到40分鐘) 以下為4/20(三)的消費過程 1.在11:51分時打電話要訂餐,但是電話接起來的第一句話竟然是請稍等一下…..? 聽到這句話的當下我心裡充滿著問號??? 但是體諒店員可能真的在忙所以我還是沒有掛電話繼續等店員,於是我就在電話的一端等了3分鐘,聽完店員幫現場的顧客點餐的內容。(而且很明顯現場的顧客並不是點餐點到一半被打斷,是還未點餐的新來的顧客) 首先,打電話不是不用花電話錢,假如你們還無法接電話的話,是否可以選擇不接電話,免得讓電話一端的消費者浪費3分鐘的時間? 或者你們也可以接起電話後,跟顧客解釋目前現場人很多請稍等再打電話來。 我相信這兩種方法都比讓消費者在電話一端浪費3分鐘只聽了一些不相關的內容還好。 以上拙見僅供參考 2.電話點完餐後(約11:55)詢問店員什麼時候可以取餐,店員回說10~15分鐘可以取餐,所以我差不多12:20左右(也就是25分鐘後)到店家這邊準備取餐。 結帳時,我跟女店員說我有打電話訂餐,女店員詢問我手機末三碼,我又滿頭問號了???因為點餐時根本沒叫我留電話號碼,怎麼到現場突然要問我的手機末三碼? 於是乎,女店員就很慌亂的又再詢問我一次點餐的內容,並且在結帳後告知我因為現場餐比較多所以還要等一下。 好…..我okay….再等一下是吧…. 先不論到底是不是店員根本漏單,直至我到現場後才開始做飲料。其實我真的覺得漏單沒關係,畢竟是新開的飲料店初期多少都會比較忙一點,所以將心比心站在店家的角度來看是可以接受的。 不過就在我點餐後,現場就再也沒有其他顧客來點餐,所以照理來說現場唯一要做的飲料應該就只有我點的2杯飲料。 但是我在現場等了又等、等了又等,始終都沒聽到店員說我的餐好了。(甚至我就站在出餐口附近,不可能沒發現還有顧客在等餐吧?!) 於是在差不多12:31時,我上前詢問到底我的飲料有沒有開始做了,此時做飲料的男店員滿臉問號的看著我,問我的飲料是什麼?(對不起當下我的心裡才是真正充滿問號…..) 此時點餐的女店員才跟男店員說,小姐的3杯飲料你們有做了嗎?(到這邊我真的不知道該說什麼了….因為我點的是2杯飲料,就連點餐的店員都忘記點餐內容,甚至也沒有給我點餐單….那請問我在那邊站了10分鐘是在罰站嗎,哈哈哈) 此時我說我點的是2杯飲料而已,女店員才發現原來飲料早就做好了,只是被堆在角落,她沒發現而已?! 喔…原來早就已經做好了?只是沒發現?可是我在現場等的10分鐘內,點餐的店員甚至還有時間在算外送訂單的吸管、站在點餐檯前等顧客來點餐,卻沒有時間出餐給在現場等待的顧客?再者,假設我沒有主動上前詢問,請問是不是又會等更久呢? 我自認我從來不是個奧客,我也不會要求服務業就應該用以客為尊的態度來服務顧客(我也覺得沒必要),但是今天到迷客夏大竹店的消費經驗,實在讓我不敢恭維啊⋯⋯ 甚至貴店主打的應該是「鮮奶類」飲品,在常溫下把做好的鮮奶類飲品放那麼久才給顧客不擔心會有食安的問題發生嗎⋯⋯這點我不是專家,所以不敢斷言有沒有這方面的問題產生,單純站在消費者的角度來看而已。 總而言之,我是再也不會來迷客夏大竹店買飲料了,今日會給2星主要是考量它們才新開沒多久,還需要點名聲,沒有必要對這家店那麼苛刻,但是我得說,假如我不是前幾個發評論的顧客的話,我真的會給1星。
