★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員態度冷淡，我拿到飲料的時候，杯子外面都是飲料，有擦跟沒擦一樣，點兩杯叫號過去領的時候只有一杯？跟店員反應，卻感覺很呆愣…雖然在家旁邊而已，還是寧願繞去之前常買的店家好了。

製作馬虎，飲料灑的到處都是，店員遞飲料也沒有擦拭乾淨，還要再次告知才會擦拭第二遍，但是第二遍擦拭還是馬虎帶過。
另外 老闆要做活動，是不是員工數量要顧？
