★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們2/8下午點了青寧香茶打電話自取店員說20分喔！我說沒關西我30分後去拿 一去拿女店員臉就ㄧ個臉從頭到尾ㄧ句謝謝也沒有 心想買個飲料還要看你臉色 飲料也沒多便宜啊！何況不想做這這品項飲料就停售嘛！讓人喝的奇摩子很差耶
 We ordered Qingning Fragrant Tea on the afternoon of 2/8 and called the clerk to pick it up and said 20 minutes! I said no Kansai, I'll pick it up after 30 minutes. When I go to get the female clerk's face, I'll say thank you from the beginning to the end. I want to buy a drink and it depends on your face. Drinks are not that cheap! What's more, if you don't want to make this drink, stop selling it! The chimozi that people drink is bad.

用線上點餐的方式大概15:00訂餐，店員15:01左右打來說可能會16:30以前送達，能趕會儘量趕（這時候態度就不是很好），我就繼續等，等到我覺得有點誇張的時候15:51打電話過去詢問（接電話的店員完全不懂得應對，態度也很差），電話裡述說要以現場客人為主，過不到幾分鐘15:57才系統通知我在製作了，根本是因為我打過去詢問才趕快製作吧= =我就想問下大雨是有多少客人會去買飲料？我也做過飲料店就算下大雨人也沒有多到一小時都在接客，更何況地理位置還比貴店好，整整一個小時都在服務客人？店員不可能一位而已吧？不知道是在騙消費者根本懶得接外送還是怎樣，如果你講其他原因我還能接受，講接客人我完全不信= =

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲料做完杯身不用擦？兩杯飲料旁邊全部都是奶，一整圈都是！現場也沒有大排長龍，不懂擦一下、確認外觀難道不是最基本的嗎？
Do you not need to wipe the body of the cup after finishing the drink? All the milk next to the two drinks, all the way around! There were no long queues at the scene. I don’t know how to wipe and confirm the appearance. Isn’t it the most basic?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if they delivered the wrong drinks to us, their staff is very patient and nice to resend another drink which is supposed to be. Good customer service deserves 5 stars. My mom likes their herbal jelly so bad. Nice done
