★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the worst hospital ever. Writing a review now because for three consecutive weeks there has been "no doctors" available for a possibly dislocated purple shoulder. Despite being told to come back daily.
Horrible experience, shamefully lie about situations, they should be ashamed to call themselves a hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a pcr test before flying back to the states, undoubtedly one of the worse experience I’ve had. The nurses are unsure of where exactly the test site is and doctors are incredibly unskilled, nostril was in pain for a little more than 30 mins, keep in mind, I’ve had many tests prior to this one, and none was as painful as this, would highly recommend that you go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for PCR test. 20++ people lined up and the test was carried out at the tent outside the hospital. It took 3 hours plus to reach my turn. The guy have no mercy, the most painful PCR test ever. And it cost $1200 Taiwan Dollar. I ask them if they can send me the result by email. Strictly no email for unknown reason. ?♂️
Locals seems keep arguing with the hospital staff which i not understand the specific reason but the way they treat the people is so unprofessional. From their face expression i know that most of them so disappointed with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have read the reviews before I came to this place. Horrible horrible service - the staff were so rude and unhelpful. I came here for a PCR test and when I called to make an appointment, they did not tell me that they only did rapid PCR tests in the morning that costs extra. They also do not email your results like other places and specify a time for you to pick up your results, which is massively inconvenient. I paid 4700 for the test and the printed result (why do you need to pay another 200 for a printed version of your result? It’s lunacy). Please go somewhere else if you have a choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital has cutting-edge money sucking technology. This is a place you should never visit. The workforce here done masters in a state of disarray. Especially when it comes to PCR they charge $10,000 for express PCR, while standard PCR takes at least 24 hours. I've never seen a hospital like this in Taiwan; it's very unique.
