★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at B3, goes by weight of food (self service) instead of items. Wide selection of food, no onion or garlic in the food. Quite affordable and taste good. Part of foodcourt so can sit in other sits when the shop sits are filled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At B3 level, in the mall's food court. Quite a big variety of vegetarian food, though a large share are greasy and fried. Grab a plate and a pair of tongs by the door and load up your plate. Then go over to the counter and get the plate weighed. They will ask if you want rice with your meal. Prices are reasonable. My meal cost 123ntd, with a bottle of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to go to the buffet in the same building but they weren't seating any more guests so I found myself here at this self serve vegetarian restaurant.
All the dishes are premade and frequently refreshed. You simply grab a plate at the start of the line, or a take away box, and a pair of tongs. I got the eggplant, snap peas, cucumbers, tofu, sweet potato tempura, and loofa.
Your plate gets weighed at the counter and you pay NT$25 per 100g. You can also add a side of white or 5 grain rice, soup, beverage or order specialty items directly from the counter.
Cheap, healthy and pretty tasty.

Among numerous vegetarian restaurants in Taiwan, Minder Vegetarian is one of my favorites! :) I tell you with confidence that if you like East Asian cuisine in general, you would love this place. I will sum it up for you in three phrases:
1. a variety of dishes (some are sweet, some savory, some spicy, some mysterious, some plain (?), etc) :D,
2. quite cheap (with about 100NTD, you can eat more than enough!),
3. fresh food!
