Ming Ging Farm

Cozy place to stay the night. Wish I had put up another night. Food was nothing to shout about but the hospitality is heart warming. Enjoyed their free farm tour

Place is very beautiful, food's variety is good, farm tour was fun too. However a little expensive when booked way advance online, found out that it was very cheap a few days before sadly.

Awesome view and awesome high tea. Bedroom is very well designed and quite new. Block C is facing the mountains and our room have a full length window that totally show cased the mountains in ming jing.

Room 2303 is spacious with huge bathroom. Clean and comfortable. We enjoy the starry night after midnight at the balcony to see millions of stars and saw many shooting stars. Morning at 8am the boss shown the guests around the fruit and vegetables farm. He was jovious and very knowledgeable. The fruits and vegetables are from his farm. Very fresh. Cooking is excellent. The only set back is that it is off the main road and there cle no elevators.

Came with family including two older adults and two young children, all enjoyed it very much. Beautiful scenery and views, lots of activities provided on location. Meals are good, not great. Some buildings are newer than others so I would ask to stay in newer ones. Gets plenty cool at nights so bring jacket. Be careful driving as it's high up and curved road. Service varies but one man was very kind and helpful from beginning to end.

Been to Taiwan twice, this is so far the worse ever accommodation for my Taiwan trips. Read a lot of good reviews about the farm. However upon arrival we just didn’t feel welcome at all despite the good view at the main deck area. We were given a room at block D which is 5 mins drive away from the main block. This is very inconvenient despite the shuttle service was fast and the drivers are generally polite and friendly. Upon check in we were left alone with our luggage at block D which no luggage assistance to our room. My husband had to carry the luggage up to first floor (no lift) while I entertained my 5 years old son. Room was a let down too as it was small with no balcony. The design of the tiny toilet too a bit silly as I had problems bathing my son in the bathtub with a big glass stopping me from reaching the shower head. Bathroom door can not lock. The room looks old and sad. Breakfast was a real joke. My husband and son only ate toast with scramble eggs as they couldn’t find anything else to eat. We had dinner at the farm on our first night there. Ordered a very steamboat, a kid’s meal and a meat dish & 5 beers (twd90/glass) dinner bill came up to TWD2420 which we find it’s a rip off. Dinner quality pls see pictures and judge it yourself. Steamboat was serve with frozen beef? In short, this place is expensive with lousy room and low service standards/ low value for money. With almost sgd500/2 nights, u can do much better somewhere else!!!!

Amazing work on nice gardens. Breakfast better than a 5 star hotel. Even 2 Tesla chargers. But as a notice to the managers: Noise insulation of the room door is non existent. An upgrade to better doors will earn 5 plus stars.

Dinner was excellent! Food tastes good!!! We've ordered Grilled Chicken with cheese and a Hot Pot as the main course. The side dishes are served as buffet. Stayed overnight on 29.10.19, Tuesday. Room is very beautiful with bathtub and comlete with amenities. The downside is that it has a lot of insects at our room's veranda outside especially during night time. Maple Tree are just outside of the hotel.
