★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這站的後面正在興建住宅大樓，這將帶動附近的發展，從待發展中的空地搖身變成部分人門的家。相對的，雖然目前這站只有大太陽下的簡單站牌與椅子，但未來或許會有樓蔭，候車質感會改變吧？！
行經這站的公車是紅35，在此搭車可以到果貿社區、海青工商、蓮池潭、新左營站、榮總醫院、文藻大學、金獅湖等，搭公車雖然比較慢，但優點是可以看風景，而且有捷運與或火車無法觸及的社區網絡。

The bus passing through this station is Hong 35. You can take the bus to Guomao Community, Haiqing Industry and Commerce, Lianchitan, Xinzuoying Station, Rong General Hospital, Wenzao University, Jinshi Lake, etc. The bus is relatively slow, but The advantage is that you can see the scenery, and there is a community network that the MRT and or trains can't reach.
