有時候7:1x 7:2x管理員就出現在整理環境
讀書的噪音增加了...
有一次有一對母女誇張行徑（趴在脫鞋閱讀區、看手機很大聲）想找管理員幫忙，到處找，還走到一樓大門看管理員在不在，找不到...只好忍受誇張母女行為到她們離開...
說這些希望可以有所改善...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然原本是為了避雨而進去圖書館，進去後看到一樓就是兒童閱覽書籍的地方，於是帶著兩歲小孩到一樓嬰幼兒圖書區看書，一進去女服務人員就跟我們說了兩次廁所在二樓(os:我們看起來很想上廁所?)，看不到十分鐘還特地過來跟我們說書看完要歸位，讓人覺得在趕人

2.為何要設計很高的桌子跟椅子？
非常難坐、設計不符合需求。
3.自修室不同關門的時間：
17:00跟20:00關門，
17:00關門為何可以避免群眾感染肺炎？
