一進大門就開始觀察東觀察西,還自認為不明顯,真的很想問一句「你在看什麼!」穿T shirt 有問題嗎? 想直接下單的興致都沒了… 只好隨便編個理由說 我們貸款/先來試駕/隨便看看 …真的很可惜

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某位男業務對於自家車的配備尚能解釋清楚,但是問一些是否有額外搭載業界普遍使用的科技配備時一問三不知,且提供了其他車未搭載的錯誤資訊,對於客人服務態度有些輕浮且熱忱不足,感覺業務該有的說話技巧完全沒掌握到,似乎從未參加過專門訓練的感覺,業務訓練有待加強。
