★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good neighbourhood to live in with great school zones from primary to high school. Ample restaurants around this area with great reputation. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Buses are convenient too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything for leisure is basically in here. Super easy to park, and there's library, kindergarten, gym, and all sorts of classes that you can take. Also there is concert hall that occasionally hold show. And around the building there's park, gas station, and Poya market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to live. So many trees and parks inside a big city. A few minutes to highway. A few minutes to metro and high-speed rail and a night market. Many bus lines come through here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a carefully curated place. Can see the level of effort put in from the handmade cardboard castles and cardboard kitchen oven and so many other props. Excellent for encouraging creativity in both children and guardians.
