周遭生態豐富
有許多鳥類、猛禽(在上空盤旋，幸運的話會在早上敲敲你的窗戶)、貓狗、猴子(室內抽菸或是把廚餘殘渣丟在飲水機者，但一經反應房東都能有效解決)
