MiraWan - Xinyi District

Bright airy restaurant with enthusiastic service and nice views of Taipei. Food is similar to other trendy Taipei places - locally sourced ingredients, Instagrammable presentation, good if not particularly memorable fusion.

The appetizer is goat cheese. When I took the first bite, I felt so fresh that I were on a grass field. The salad is full of surprises. There are 47 ingredients in it and they work really well together. The main course is chicken which is super tender and the sauce is great as well, not too salty or sweet. Lastly, my birthday cake is tiramisu with salty caramel in it which is a combination I have never had before. MiraWan is certainly a wonderful place for celebrating your marriage or birthday here with delicacies and romantic atmosphere.

Completely disappointed after spent more than NTD 8000+ for 2 people in this evening to celebrate a birthday! ? Imagine the so-called Michelin star restaurant that didn’t even remember your pre-ordered custom birthday cake that was offered by the lady who called you previously to confirm your reservation! ? And the worst part is the restaurant wouldn’t have known the negligence until you have paid the bill and have to personally approach the manager who was at the counter to double confirm if the special instruction was left with the reservation before leaving the evening, then that’s when the manager realized that their staff have screwed up big time and ruined the birthday to their customer, how pity to leave their customer feel like this from a Michelin star restaurant! ? It is my very first time to MiraWan, sure was not a pleasant experience to spend a special time of the year with them! ?‍♀️ Please note that there wasn’t even set dinner left for us to order and we were advised to order dishes from the regular menu after we arrived at 8:30pm for the evening, which we promptly decided all the dishes we like to order without causing any hassle and this was what we have been treated at the end, sighhh... #michelinnostartome2021

To the dine and view restaurant, I usually have lower expectations; yet we had stunning and impressive dinner last night. They are featured French fusion cuisine with most of Taiwanese local food. Each dish has their own delicate way. Customers do feel spoiled by the chef. The server are amazingly friendly, one of the highlights yesterday. Highly recommended:)

Very delicate and refreshing. I highly recommend this place if you aren’t a fan of heavy, creamy French cuisines. Each dish is full of surprises and a variety of flavors. The atmosphere is perfect for dates and celebrations. What stood out to me was the cocktail and dessert☺️. Definitely worth the money. I actually love this restaurant over Michelin star Joël Robuchon.

phenomenal family dinner time on 10/16. Justin and Ray are very hospitable and we’re likely the only customers asking a lot of fresh questions like if place mat, bread basket (made from cork, very cool), and butter are for sale, or what the building are around us. Meals are very unique and delicate . You’ll find and experience a lot of work from the chief dedicated to the cuisine. Will recommend the whisky pairing too.

A Michelin rated French fusion restaurant located up on 47th floor in the new beautiful Breeze Nanshan building. Really liked the unique and minimalist white theme accompanied by comforting and soothing music. Most tables are situated by the large glasses with views. Great visual in all dishes and drinks. Typical French presentation. Cooking art details definitely paid. Perfect for special events, anniversaries, dating, or just an afternoon out for a peaceful time. A bit pricey which’s expected. Highly recommended. Loved it.

Absolutely detectable. Great view and service. Innovative yet delicious French plates fusing Taiwanese ingredients with smart wine pairing. The restaurant even prepared a special seafood main course when they learned one of my guest is practicing pescatarianism.
