中午跟老婆原本只是懷著一個捧場朋友的店的心情去用餐,沒有帶什麼期待過去,我們點了肋眼心,鵝胸,菜豆。上菜的過程卻不斷地被主廚的細節驚艷,尤其肉類的處理令人覺得吃到賺到!整個用餐過程讓我享受到忘記拍照了,最後想到要拍照的時候只拍到了最後一口甜點了。哦對了,巨推肋眼心!

高貴不貴的fine dining。口味好,主廚也很細心說明食材搭配,很多在地食材非常喜歡,包括樓上種的花都能入菜。大推章魚腳,又肥又嫩無敵超值,還有曠世奇派,好喜歡洛神、鴨肝和可可的三重搭配,令人驚艷。乾熟牛排非常之嫩,搭配焦化胡蘿蔔醬非常爽口、羊排很清爽,怕羊騷味的人也不用擔心。最後甜點部份,點了抹茶和巧克力兩種。抹茶我個人覺得還好,視覺非常美麗,還有五葉松冰沙(就是松樹那個五葉松),很特別,但總覺得味道好像少了什麼。巧克力口味的甜點非常優,尤其加了single malt whisky,多了點成熟韻味,根本想單喝了啦!搭配覆盆莓冰沙很剛好,是一道很喜歡的甜點。然後推一下手工義大利麵,看到手工一定要吃(雖然主廚說做麵很累?)三個人一起分前菜、主菜、甜點,很飽!價格落在一人1千出頭。

很享受的一次晚餐經驗,沒想到坐在吧台可以看到每道料理的製作過程,廚師很詳盡地介紹食材、醬汁以及烹調理念,雖然我不是都聽得懂,但在視覺上就很新奇。最喜歡章魚腳這道前菜,有南美洲狂野的味道。主菜愛肋眼心,搭配醬汁裡的橄欖油完全畫龍點睛。另外最愛甜點高原的土壤,居然我有愛的泥煤味Ardbeg威士忌,冰拿鐵也意外地順口,不過最後還是老闆分享私藏的琴酒擄獲了酒鬼的心! 會想再訪嚐嚐義大利麵,一個晚上看了好幾盤端出去,但是真的吃不下了?
