先聲明我很愛貴司的珍溜淡雅奶茶，平常工作幾乎都是買竹東店的來喝，卻從來沒有缺料的問題，因為貴店離我家近當然是我假日的首選。
好了，來説不滿意的重點！
第一次到該店購買該品項，大約禮拜六晚間6點左右店員告知沒珍珠沒溜溜，ok!!
第二次一樣禮拜六晚間6點左右，店員告知沒溜溜，但有珍珠我也接受ok!!
第三次就是本次禮拜六7點，沒淡雅奶茶！！！
我只有滿滿的失望，只是一個品項，連三次都買不齊，期待貴店能在這方面做改進，感謝。

The second time was the same at around 6 o'clock on Saturday night, the clerk told me that I didn't have a yo, but I accepted it ok if there was a pearl!!
The third time is this Saturday at 7:00, no elegant milk tea! ! !
I am only full of disappointment. It's just one item. I can't even buy it three times. I look forward to your store's improvement in this regard. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過年回到台灣，得知是姑姑的兒子開的飲料店（總店在新埔）。接家人回程路上搜尋到這家分店，而這間店的服務人員-江小姐的態度實在很糟糕.....讓我和家人都嚇到。
第一、江小姐沒有先聽清楚客人點的品項就急忙搶話。
第二、江小姐核對品項的口氣真的很差。
一開始是家人嫂嫂打電話訂餐，我在旁邊聽不下去接過來並全程錄音和江小姐訂完這幾杯飲料；撇除飲料，這間店的人員服務連一顆?都不值得評予。
