★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了二杯不同的飲料，一杯去冰正常甜，一杯小杯m號的半糖去冰。二杯飲料都做錯…點小杯的結成大杯的…拿了飲料才發現。建議點餐人員要重覆跟客人對一次。不好的消費經驗。
I ordered two different drinks, a cup of deicing is normal and sweet, and a small cup of M-size half-sugar is deiced. Both drinks were done wrong...the one who ordered the small cup turned into a large one...I found out after taking the drink. It is recommended that the ordering staff should check with the guests repeatedly. Bad consumer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度和工作效率都非常的好，給人愉悅的心情，飲品也非常合胃口，常常會回購，還想嘗試更多不同的飲品，珍溜的口感也特別好，相比經典的珍珠更滑順Q彈?還有黑糖鮮奶的部分，以往嘗試其它各店家的黑糖鮮奶，哪怕調低了糖度，還是甜到特別膩，但這間的完全不會，非常剛好??我個人目前最喜歡的還是蕾蕾鮮奶?非常建議喜歡擂茶的人去嚐鮮看看。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹東思茶常常有活動，對竹東鄉親很有福氣。
每次來到購買都會覺得店家人員很親切，服務態度也很好，推薦店家的青茶加上溜溜，不加糖不苦也比較健康，我也會買純火麥茶（一分糖）加溜溜給三個小孩喝。
漲價後，希望店家能多推出一些優惠，讓薪水沒漲的勞工也能持續常常捧場。
沒給五顆星是因為服務永遠都要朝100分邁進，若給了100分就沒辦法做到200分，這樣才會有更多人感受到店家與員工的良好服務。
