怕等的人可以利用預訂系統，Uber Eats也訂得到。
奶油內餡是吃得出用料的卡士達，沒有廉價奶製品的膩口，香氣十足。同樣基底的巧克杏福也香醇好吃，不會太甜。
紅豆就是紅豆（這年頭能搞砸紅豆的店家已經不多，不需特別提），芋頭也稱職。另外抹茶麻糬也推。
餅皮是偏鬆軟的麵體，似乎不是每個人都愛，但我很喜歡，像同時吃到雞蛋糕和好餡料，what’s not to love?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a custard ($25), mash potatoes ($35), and lobster salad ($35). In general the style of these batter is soft and cake-y rather than dense and crispy. I prefer dense and crispy. The filling for the custard and lobster salad were both good. The mash potatoes one was a miss and really requires more salty and umami flavors. On the whole combined with the longer wait times (made to order), this place is only okay.
