麵線蠻好吃的,加點的魚酥也很棒 但用外送平台叫一碗大碗要80元滿貴的, 看起來內用外帶只要55元 我知道店家會被外送平台抽成,但也靠外送平台招攬到不住在附近的客人不是嗎? 可是卻把該成本過度轉嫁到平台消費者身上,我覺得很可惜

不經意經過看見這家點麵線 就很想吃吃看大腸麵線 雖然店面小小間 但有復古的感覺 麵線湯頭很鮮甜,蚵仔也很新鮮,加點辣味 真的會接著一口一口吃,加上搭配老闆另外賣的特調奶茶與麵線絕配~ 老闆態度又超級親切感 下次真的還會再光顧?

嚐過太多的蚵仔大腸麵線店,這家沒有不好,只是沒有太多驚豔之處!麵線勾芡稍微厚一點,但可以接受,本身麵線味道不是那麼重,我又加了桌上的胡椒、蒜蓉及辣椒,這樣調配下來比較有合自己的口味!吃過很多家都不用什麼調就合胃口呀XD~ 大碗的綜合麵線55元,麵線份量算不錯,蚵仔大顆但給的量有些不足,大腸沒有腥味處理的不錯,但感覺大碗跟小碗的量,只反映在麵線的量,料的量增加好像很有限? 店是開在花店外的騎樓處,內用座位不多,但感覺剛開不久,器具座椅等都很新,整潔度維持的還不錯,桌上辣椒蠻香的,可惜整體味道不是很合自己的口味,下次要再回訪機率就比較低了~

#點麵線MISWA# 看看評價很多人以前都覺得好像勾芡薄,偏清偏水,不過個人今年吃過的現在反而覺得勾芡算偏厚,有做調整還是剛好這手重些?呵呵,不過湯底韻味是好的,小碗40元大碗55元,雖然個人感覺整體層次沒有帶出來,比較單一一點,我已開店出鍋1個半鐘後買吧...這點關乎整體搭配還有時間,卻是可惜,但是即是蚵仔,大腸,綜合,清麵線基本在跑,蚵仔跟大腸都不用嘴,料算多,價位上也狠cp了,麵線口感也值得嘗試,算是中庸沒特別深刻之處,有厚感的麵體有帶出齒感,市場後端讓人感覺很文青的麵線,只是湯底基味的厚度可以再提升一點,不用花俏,用心新鮮也就成功一半,可以支持的店家,店家服務態度足,3.5星推薦,值得試試感謝招待,2021.09

綜合麵線加魚酥(小辣):湯頭有勾芡,初嘗稍稠,但吃到後半則偏水,喝起來沒惱人的柴魚味,香辣鮮甜帶蒜味,但不知道是不是加了辣的關係,感覺少了點厚重的甘醇,層次顯得稍薄了些;麵線本身沒有什麼香氣,口感軟而不爛,略顯普通;配料的部分大腸滷得十分透,香軟不韌,鹹甜入味,蚵仔小顆無裹粉(三月不是蚵仔產季,所以小了點可以理解),味道上雖不肥美,但鮮味不差,至於魚酥則是有點尷尬,他們家搭配的魚酥其實單吃相當不錯,酥香可口,但放到麵線裡就變得不太搭,整塊食用感覺跟麵線沒有融洽感,有種麵線是麵線,魚酥是魚酥的感覺,也許把魚酥用小塊些會比較適合;下次個人會試試不辣的大腸麵線。
