★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 抓問題精準不會做多餘無效的清潔保養項目推銷，比新竹市中華路那間好多了，我原本是都去中華路匯豐廠，但之前底盤異音問題去三次花一堆錢問題都沒抓到，後面訪談小姐打來問意見我提到這問題小姐還反問我是不是某個被我中斷的項目沒做所以才這樣，弦外之音就是你應該再多花更多錢相信我們，結果一來竹北廠馬上就歹到是前傳動軸嚴重漏油導至，環境漂亮服務好但修不好又一副你問題的態度實在無法讓人接受，還是順益竹北廠比較好！（中華廠其實以前沒這麼差，但師傅走一堆應該也有關係）
