★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place decoration and ambience was good. However the food is just bad. The sashimi was too thickly cut. Food overpriced. Service wasn't good. The waitress isn't attentive to details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience was nice.....but......shockingly, the food was awful and totally overpriced. The grilled snapper was great, but the lobster salad was overcooked, tough, and tasteless. The sashimi slices were too thick and chewy. Even the otoro was bad. The oyster had a funky weird smell. Our experience was thoroughly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Branch has horrible experience, Waitress don’t know how to serve food even the restaurant is empty and food I ordered prawn and they give me like people eating on the street like same. Not recommended to anyone to visit this branch. Other Mitsui is nice and staff good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright lets start with service, for a restaurant that charges upscale pricing, the least you can do is take care of my plate within 15 minutes of finishing. Place was not near capacity, yet food came out at a snail's pace, tea was replenished once every half hour, and the manager did not seem to care. Food isn't fresh and shouldn't marketed as such and simply was not worth the wait. I got had a table of four all ordering set dishes. Extremely disappointed given the amazing decor which is why this place was a two star rating instead of one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this place, but I am disappointed with the most recent visit. The quality of service is poor, it took us more than 30 minutes to get a cup of tea, and the wait staffs seemed to be lost all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was delicious as ever with super fresh seafood but frankly service was not quite attentive enough. After more than 20 minutes disappearance. I had to go out to flag down the wait staff to order more drinks. Not cool.

Sashimi and sushi quality is good but not as good at some other small restaurants. The fried food has room for improvement. Though it is crispy, you can still taste the oil in the mouth which kills the taste of the fish itself. Price is reasonable. In the middle to high side.
Service uses to be much better but standard has dropped. We had to request for change of plates as it is already filled with prawn's shell. I also dropped a little wasabi and soya sauce on the table and it was ignored when he change my plate. Before there was change of towels, now they skipped that too. Wonder if it is because of this particular waiter or..
