1.雖說沒有華麗的裝潢內飾，但卻有著令人刻骨銘心的用餐品質。
2.種類多樣，且樣樣專精。如店名所述，專業在於蛋的料理，各項餐點內也都有主廚最引以為傲的調味。
3.起司培根，以滑蛋作為主角，而以味道濃郁的起司與酥脆濃香的培根作為點綴，正所謂1+1>2，將整體之口感與味道提升至另個境界。
4.看似大份的厚片料理，實則不然。剛開始吃起來味道甚麼的都深得人心，然吃到尾不約1/3處時，會發現只剩在吃白吐司，挺單調的。若說售價親民的話還勉強能接受，然事實卻相反，如此高昂的售價，所提供的品質應該不僅侷限於此吧！

Only thing I disliked was the secret sauce they put on the sandwich. It was sweet and weird. Next time I'll ask them to leave it off.
