★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANTASTIC! I loved this place! It was absolutely perfect. Excellent presentation. Excellent service. Excellent instructors. A couple of friends and myself took a basic 'bartending' class and we had the time of our lives. The fun value was there and the educational value was also there.
Claire, our instructor was just simply the best. The space is quite spacious and accommodates up to 12-16 people. Well kept. Well designed and separated from the normal retail service area. Plenty of light and ventilation as well.
On this particular day we made 3 gin based drinks: gin tonic, bee's knees, long island iced tea. Got to practice some stirring, shaking, pouring techniques. All appropriate glasses and equipment are provided in immaculate condition.
It's safe to say I'll be going there again ?
