★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在沙鹿是間不錯的日料店，份量也都對得起價格，但是調味的部分有些顯得多餘，鮭魚炒飯上放韓國泡菜，手卷、壽司裡面的美乃滋太多，握壽司的青甘好吃
Shalu is a good Japanese food restaurant, the portion is worth the price, but the seasoning part is a bit redundant, Korean kimchi is placed on the salmon fried rice, there are too many mayonnaises in the hand rolls and sushi, and the green sweetness of the nigiri sushi is delicious.

整體來說CP值滿高的，上菜速度也快
店內小小的，但是很有氣氛
也不會太吵鬧
鰻魚飯很推，喜歡的人可以點

價格中上 份量不算少～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提前訂位會比較好，附近不太好停車，東西新鮮好吃，上菜速度也滿快的，定食的附餐多樣化，份量也足夠。
用餐空間比較擁擠，環境較吵雜。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天來吃鮭魚漲價了，鮭魚親子丼原價280現在350，大部分的料理味道都偏清淡，
木頭湯匙會刮嘴巴。
天使紅蝦壽司80元：頭會炸給你吃，但是味道跟炸軟殼蟹差不多，蝦子有炙烤過，味道沒有特別鮮。
比目魚壽司 70元：吃起來很像鱈魚，一般。
鮭魚親子丼 350元：一般般，漲價後cp值變低很多，飯量算大但是配這個份量的鮭魚會有點空虛，哈哈哈。
炸軟殼蟹130元：會附一個蘿蔔泥醬，但是沒有很配軟殼蟹?感覺可以加個胡椒鹽會比較搭。
高麗菜（忘記價錢）：味道偏淡，但是高麗菜都不會難吃到哪裡去啦。
鮭魚炒飯 150元 ：很像熱炒店但是沒有加鹽巴的版本，上面加泡菜有加分，不然吃起來整盤都沒什麼味道….（泡菜是好吃的）
甜點是咖啡凍，小小的那種，普普通通。
喜歡吃清淡的可以吃這家?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever...no one to take order at table side. You need to walk up to cashier to place your Order. I never had such experience especially at a sushi restaurant. People here give high ratings just to receive complimentary food.
