用VIP 85折價格,購買了一件襯衫想換貨,有詢問店員可不可以換貨,得到回答說可以,換貨之後單價較高(以低換高),店員卻直接聲稱「換貨就沒有85折」要改以原價購買,後來我堅持請店員查詢會員資格,因為VIP會員資格期限內不論購買商品皆是85折,才得以85折價格換貨! 事後也有詢問官網客服確認,得到的回答也是「VIP會員用85折購買,則換貨也是85折!」並不是店員聲稱的什麼「換貨就要以原價購買」。 若今日消費者沒有維護好自身權益(也就是有會員資格折扣者)就要白白損失?該店的教育訓練跟服務態度有待加強。
I bought a shirt with a VIP 15% off and wanted to exchange it. I asked the clerk if I could exchange it. I got the answer and said yes. After the exchange, the unit price is higher (lower for higher), but the clerk directly claimed that "there is no exchange "15% off" must be purchased at the original price. Later, I insisted on asking the store clerk to check the membership, because the VIP membership period is 15% off regardless of the goods purchased, and the 15% off price can be exchanged! Afterwards, I also asked the official website customer service to confirm, and the answer was "VIP members buy with 15% off, and the exchange is also 15% off!" It is not what the clerk claimed that "the exchange must be purchased at the original price". If today's consumers fail to safeguard their own rights (that is, those with membership discounts), they will lose in vain? The store’s education, training and service attitude need to be strengthened.

店員一開始很親切熱情,不過後面太積極推銷。本來猶豫幾件衣服,最後只能帶一件,店員臉色微變仍然強顏歡笑希望我用其他方式付款,彷彿來到免稅店,不買到一定金額不能出店門噢~我想我體驗這一次就可以了謝謝~

剛剛至貴店想要開心的買東西,結果有一位瘦瘦長頭髮的小姐態度很冷淡,站在結帳檯旁一直看著我們試穿照鏡子,一點詢問協助、甚至微笑都沒有,而且我們一試穿完,她連詢問我們要不要都沒有就直接跟我們說她要把試穿間的衣服拿走了喔,試問我們哪裡惹到妳?請公司好好了解一下這位小姐怎麼了?(第一次在Google留1顆星)
I just went to your store and wanted to shop happily, but there was a lady with a thin, long hair who was very cold. She stood at the checkout counter and watched us trying on in the mirror. She didn’t ask for assistance or even smile, and we gave it a try. After wearing it, she told us directly that she was taking away the clothes in the fitting room without even asking us if we wanted it. How could we provoke you? Ask the company to find out what's wrong with this lady? (1 star in Google for the first time)
