★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 等一個掛號是要等多久，一個人掛號處理了至少半小時以上，到底是怎樣，等的人那麼多，窗口永遠只有兩個，還看到有空閒之人在裡面走動，還看到有人插隊的。
How long does it take to wait for a registration? It takes at least half an hour for one person to register. What is it? There are so many people waiting, there are always only two windows, and there are people who are free to walk around and see people jumping in the queue. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去做pcr遇到兩位菲律賓人，他們不懂中文，但現場沒有人會英文，連告示牌也都是中文，填表單時現場的工作人員還叫他們用中文書寫，他們連溝通都有困難，還是我用破爛的英文跟他們溝通的，所以希望院方可以改善，加個英文指示。
I met two Filipinos doing pcr today. They didn't understand Chinese, but no one at the scene could speak English. Even the signboards were in Chinese. When filling out the form, the on-site staff asked them to write in Chinese. They even communicated well. The difficulty is that I communicated with them in broken English, so I hope the hospital can improve it and add an English instruction.
