★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital experience ever in Taiwan. Treated so badly by a terrible nurse. Very unprofessional and insensitive to the needs of the patient and his family. Absolutely appalled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not yet gone to this hospital. But I have called two times already to prepare adequately for my PCR test. Each time I spoke with someone different, and BOTH times, the ladies were very helpful, informative, and encouraged me to ask more questions. During the time of covid where people are panicking, I am very appreciative and grateful of their help and patience. Also, their English was perfect. I am looking forward to my visit.
Update: When I visited for my test, the whole process was super easy and efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Also, I really appreciated that they had a staff member who spoke English, as that was quite helpful. Great experience here!
