楊	楊雅茹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為在Agoda上買到了花蓮煙波大飯店的一泊二食，入住的第一晚就來到慕拉西餐廳吃晚餐，港式與川味交融的舌尖饗宴讓人洗淨疲憊，餐廳的氛圍也讓人能好好享受，上菜的速度適中，服務人員也讓人倍感體貼，整體的晚餐享受非常值得五顆星。開胃菜是麻香雲耳、川味口水雞、梅汁蕃茄，都是我愛的；黃金燕麥蝦的蝦肉炸工適宜，吃來彈牙不老；主菜我選擇了香根爆肥牛，醬底吃的出用紹興酒去爆炒，牛肉絲鮮香下飯，與香菜梗一同，都想開罐啤酒了；宮保皮蛋鹹甜微辣，感覺用上了兩三顆皮蛋，這道我與太太都很喜歡；蟹粉娃娃菜是清淡的路線，娃娃菜沒辦法帶起全部的勾芡醬汁，但單單品嚐醬汁也有鮮味分明，馬告蒜子雞湯已是尾聲，吃來太飽，可惜沒能把湯全部喝完；豉油皇炒麵與宮保皮蛋一道上來，鹹香有味，而用蔬菜拌炒，吃了也清爽；中間還用會員點數加購一道滑蛋蝦仁，蝦肉彈滑，油嫩飽足。兩人在這裡用完晚餐，肚子也飽到沒辦法去逛花蓮的夜市了?
