★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了8件衣服、拿回家再次試穿、發現有2件洋裝扣子很難扣➕拉鍊很難拉、於是要拿回店裏退、但店員不給退、說只能換、百貨公司都可退、momoco 卻不能退、有點硬性強迫購買的感覺⋯
I bought 8 pieces of clothes, took them home and tried them on again. I found that 2 pieces of dresses were hard to button and the zipper was hard to pull, so I had to take them back to the store to return them, but the clerk would not give them back, saying they could only exchange them, and the department store said Can be refunded, momoco can't be refunded, it feels a bit forced to buy...
