★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a convenient hotel located not too far from Taoyuan International Airport in Taiwan. The hotel room and services quality are above standard hotel I stayed during my traveling to different part of the world. I like the hotel location, located in the area that many delicious Taiwanese foods and convenient stores can be found. All foods found in this area are very delicious, without any exception.
Many hotel guests are air crew from different airlines.
The hotel also provides shuttle services to airport and some other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here because my husband got a job in Taiwan. I cannot express how wonderful this hotel was. The employees were so attentive and ready to help at any moment in time you needed and the food was amazing! If you ever need to stay anywhere I would highly recommend Monarch Plaza Hotel!
Ps. Eileen was a blessing sent down from Heaven and I am so happy to have met her! I was nervous to be in a new country and she made all my worries go away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel! I stayed for 2 week quarantine as a traveler from USA. Bathroom was very nice, room was clean and tidy. Many services and hospitality each day. Room was a bit small, and balcony was small, that is my only complaint. I highly recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a 10 day quarantine after flying into Taiwan. My room was clean and well furnished with a nice window view of the park outside. The bathroom was the sickest part. It had a walk in shower with a bathtub and the acoustics were stellar. I sounded like a whole opera singer. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 10 day quarantine coming from USA. The rooms were exceptionally clean upon arrival. Large bed, big TV. Amazing bathroom. The best part was the staff. Very attentive to everyone, very patient, many food choices and it was good, they made sure we were well taken care of with things like food delivery and also up to date on our information regarding the situation. I would certainly stay again, and plan to in the future whenever I venture back to Taiwan for vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor cleanliness for a 5 star hotel. Horrendous cleanliness for a quarantine hotel. The amount of collected dust under the beds should be reason enough to drop the 5 star rating. I would not recommend picking Monarch for your quarantine stay. The rooms are beyond basic and the two twin beds combined are stiffer than the floor. Service for food delivery is beyond slow. Any thoughts of a warm meal doesn't exist at this stay. Please steer clear of this establishment!
