Bad service. I read that the owner has changed. Do read recent reviews for more accurate description. I wish I had done more research, there are a lot better ones out there. 1 star is over rating this place.

Amazing BnB, tickets to the skyline was included when we booked with them - they’re really one of the more reasonably priced BnB’s you could find in the area. We got a nice loft overlooking the mountains and got a great view of the sunrise the next day. Breakfast was great, staff was really friendly, and there are a bunch of adorable adopted cats and kittens on site. Great experience!

Very good stay, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, good view from balcony, comfortable room. I love the dining room décor, it's very relaxing to enjoy my breakfast there with light music, looking out to the courtyard. Good memories.

The rating here might be rigged. Just be careful to read the bad reviews. I went through them again after staying and I should have read more before deciding. The only good part about this place is that it's cheaper. We didn't have a good experience staying here. 0) Very slow wifi. 1) Don't stay here unless you have a car. It's highly inaccessible. We were told there is shuttle transport from the hotel. But it is leaving at very odd timing. E.g. it leaves at 2pm to the green green grassland when obviously the sheep sheering starts at 230. To get a decent seat, you need to be there early. By 2pm, there is almost no seats left. It leaves the grassland at 530 Pm when the place close at 5pm. We had to wait for 30 min for the shuttle. It could have been shorter. 2) we had bad experience with the male staff. 2a)On the shuttle information slip, it says it will pick up at North and South entrance of green green grassland. But not only did they not inform us where to wait, we were scolded when we are waiting at one of them. The driver said he called us but our phone never rang. 2b) The shuttle slip, it says it will send us to the south entrance at 9am. But we were sent to the north entrance (by now we began to suspect the driver has some problem with direction) 2c) We told the hotel to fetch us at 1120am at 国民宾馆. The driver was late and never bothered to call us. We waited for 15 min and called the hotel. The bus was late for a total 20 min. With an annoyed face, the driver told us there is a terrible traffic Jam. I understand it may not be your fault but I thoughts we are the one annoyed here? Do note that this is a single lane per direction traffic, so if there is a jam, it will affect both direction. On our way up, there is a bus breakdown but we took only 10 min. So obviously the claim that the jam cost them 30 min is just an excuse.

Stayed for 2nights. Room has a nice view but was on 3rd floor. Staff was helpful w directions and requests. However location may be a bit far for visitors not driving so suggest to call the inn beforehand to arrange for help w taxi/info on shuttle services they provided

Room n bathroom is spacious. Breakfast spread was okay n the view in the morning is beautiful. You can also rent DVD to watch back in your room. They provide free shuttle to clinging farm

The room is very clean, and breakfast is nice, there are cute cats will play with you. Location is great, very closed to 7-11. It has parking, and easy to find the resort, I will stay again, wish you enjoy your trip. In addition, it is better to check the weather in advance, because if it's rainy day for fogging day, it is not good to visit 清境farm, because most important is to see the high mountain scene in this place.
