★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買不到三個月的鋼珠筆，筆芯竟然無法收，店員還ㄧ口咬定是人為，強勢要收檢修費，甚至維修費高達6000，後來請專業人士幫忙看，確定是彈簧品質不良，而造成的筆芯回彈異常，根本不可能是使用者所能造成的損壞！
總之，這樣的經驗，讓人感受到，這已經不再是值得消費者信任的那個萬寶龍了！
