★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can enjoy a decent breakfast with a nice table, cheap price, freshly-made sandwiches or local dishes for breakfast. The service is friendly and fast.
The location is right in front of Hualien Train station, 5 mins walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a wealth of breakfast options, including traditional favorites, such as egg pancakes (dan-bing), and more western-oriented options, such as hashbrowns and fries. The service was quick and friendly. Two reasons I didn't give 5 stars - watery milk tea and bland radish cake (luobogao).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this restaurant two times during vacation. The first time, they messed up my iced milk tea and gave me hot milk tea. The 2nd time I came, there were several issues. They missed an item I ordered, didn't put ice in my drink, and also assumed I didn't need ketchup for my french fries. Also, some of the staff are rude, and seem they don't even want to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great breakfast and lunch spot. They have an English menu, but you have to ask them for it. The menu is laminated, so grab a marker, write your table number at the top (unless you're ordering food to-go), and mark what you want. Hand it to the clerk and pay first. I recommend the fried chicken sandwich and the egg pancake with pork. The sign at the front actually says, "Moo Dor," not "Modo" like Google Maps says.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. We ordered a ton of food and it was all great, especially the juice and salmon bagel sandwich. I liked the decor and they had an English menu, very rare in 早餐店 (breakfast places) but appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little breakfast place. Good danbin, they put lots of cheese in there. The coffee is not very good though.
They also have an aquarium with fish and stingrays. And they have a chonky frog
Atmosphere: 10/10 (extra points for the chonky frog)
