★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cardin is incredible. She is the first stylist I could trust completely to do anything she wanted to my hair because I knew it would come out beautifully. I have thick, wavy hair and she always knew how to style it. If you are a foreigner living in Taipei, I strongly recommend you start seeing Cardin. She speaks perfect English as well! On another note, the salon gives amazing hair washes and massages before your haircut.
